In the CMP process, products with large particle size range should be filtered, efiective particles should be retained for grinding and iarge-size particles that may scatchthe surface should be removed. ln view of the strict particle interception performance of the fiter core, as many eflective particles should be released as posible to elicienty intercept large-size particles.
