The process of each product is slightly different. The production process of packaging drinking water, especially drinking mineral water, is relatively simple.In order to ensure the mineral content, reverse osmosis technology is generally not used.
GB 19298-2014 and GB8537-2018, the national Food Safety Standard for Drinking Natural Mineral Water, are the main standards in the industry, which have strick requirements on microorganisms and added indexes of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa may enter the finished water through a defective filter, so it is very important to select a high efficient and reliable terminal sterilizing filter to ensure the quality of finished water.
Main filter points and recommended filter elements of bottled water process:
1. coarse filter - particle removal filter element: application point: outlet, activated carbon downstream, ion exchange resin downstream. Suggested filter element :PP melt-blown, 2-3um nominal accuracy, about 10um absolute accuracy.
2. precision filtration filter element: suitable for mineral water/purified water, protect the final filter element; Remove 0.5-2.0um particles and other pollutants; Reduce the number of microorganisms, recommended filtration :PP folding, 0.2um nominal accuracy, absolute accuracy of 1um or so.
3. Security filter before RO reverse osmosis :PP melt-spray, nominal accuracy of 5um, absolute accuracy of about 20um, remove particles, colloid and other impurities in water, and meet the requirements of anti-port permeable membrane water SDI small F5 .
4. final filter element: suitable for mineral water, purified water and other bottled water; Removal of microorganisms that cause water degradation and are harmful to human health; Recommended quick core :0.22pm/0.45um PES/NG6/PVDF microbial grade bactericidal core.
5. pure water storage tank breathing filter: suggested filter element: stainless steel shell +PTFE 0.22um filter element.
